النمذجة البنائية للفعالية الذاتية للمعلم في علاقتها بالحماس للعمل والذکاء الانفعالي والرضا الوظيفي والهناء النفسي

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم نموذج بنائي يفسر العلاقات بين متغير الفعالية الذاتية للمعلم (متغير وسيط)، وبعض المتغيرات النفسية متمثلة في الحماس للعمل، والذکاء الانفعالي (متغيرين مستقلين)، والهناء النفسي، والرضا الوظيفي (متغيرين تابعين)، وقد أجرى الباحثان دراستهما على عينة قوامها (206) من معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية (116 ذکور، 90 إناث)، متوسط أعمارهم (37.83) سنة، بانحراف معياري قدره (9.05) سنة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود مطابقة للنموذج المقترح مع بيانات عينة الدراسة حيث کانت مؤشرات جودة المطابقة کلها في مداها المثالي، ووجود تأثيرات مباشرة موجبة ودالة احصائيا عند مستوى 0,01 لکل من الحماس للعمل والذکاء الانفعالي على الفعالية الذاتية للمعلم، ووجود تأثير مباشر موجب ودال احصائيا عند مستوى 0,01 للفعالية الذاتية للمعلم على کل من الرضا الوظيفي والهناء النفسي، کما کشفت عن وجود تأثير مباشر موجب ودال احصائيا عند مستوى 0,01 للحماس للعمل على الرضا الوظيفي.
